Shipping and Delivery
Whether to your home, workplace, a pickup locker, or the store across the street—at cottonbundle, we deliver your order wherever it suits you best. Pick up your package conveniently, even on a busy workday. Simply choose between home delivery or personal pickup, and we’ll take care of the rest.
The delivery time for individual products may vary. You can find the estimated delivery time on the respective product page.
If you choose cash on delivery (COD), you will pay the amount directly to the courier upon receipt. Most couriers support both card and cash payments, but we cannot always guarantee card payment availability.
Home Delivery
GLS

On the day of delivery, you will receive an email and SMS with a 3-hour time window for delivery. You also have the option to change the delivery address or date. COD can be paid in cash or by card.

DPD

- Free delivery for orders over 3,000 CZK
On the day of delivery, you will receive an SMS with a 1-hour delivery window for your order. DPD provides a web app (DPD Kurýr) where you can track your parcel, request delivery to a pickup point, add a backup address, or delay delivery by up to 10 days.

Personal Pickup
Zásilkovna
- From 79 CZK
- Over 10,000 pickup locations across the Czech Republic
- Cash on delivery (COD) card payment: +49 CZK
- Package storage duration: 7 days at standard pickup points and 2 days in Z-BOX (extendable by 1 day)
- Z-BOX Pickup: Does not have a display or card payment terminal. COD parcels must be paid online before pickup through the Zásilkovna tracking system or app. Payment can be made by anyone on your behalf before collection.
As soon as the shipment leaves our warehouse, we will inform you by e-mail and the Shipping Company will send you an e-mail with information about the acceptance of the package for transportation with the possibility of tracking its route. As soon as the shipment is ready for collection, the Shipping Company will inform you by e-mail and SMS. At the same time, you will receive a password that you need to prove your identity to collect the package. You can unpack the package immediately at the delivery point and possibly return it if the ordered goods do not suit you for some reason.

DPD Pickup

- Over 1,600 pickup locations in the Czech Republic
- Package storage duration: 7 days at standard pickup points and 2 days in pickup lockers
- COD Payment Options: Some DPD Pickup points accept cash only for COD payments. If your selected pickup point does not accept card payments, you will be notified via SMS.
- AlzaBox and Balíkovna Lockers: COD payments must be made online before pickup via a payment link received in the notification. Payment can also be made via the Balíkovna mobile app using Apple Pay or Google Pay. Once your package is placed in the locker, you will receive pickup instructions via email.
- Cash on delivery payment in cash and by card +49 CZK
Once the package leaves our warehouse, we will inform you by email and DPD will send you an email with information about the acceptance of the shipment for transportation. Once the shipment is ready for collection, DPD will inform you by email and SMS. At the same time, you will receive a PIN code that you need to present to collect the package.
If you choose cash on delivery and the branch you have chosen does not offer the option of cash on delivery payment by credit card, you will be informed about this via SMS message.

GLS Parcel Shop

- Package storage duration: 5 days at standard pickup points and 3 days in pickup lockers
- In some branches, payment on delivery is only possible in cash. You will be informed of this fact via e-mail with information about the shipment being stored at your chosen branch.
- AlzaBox and GLS Parcel Lockers: COD payments must be made online before pickup via a payment link included in the email notification. Once your package is placed in the locker, you will receive pickup instructions via email, including a secure payment link for COD payments.
- Cash on delivery payment in cash and by card +49 CZK
Once the package leaves our warehouse, we will notify you by email and GLS will send you an email with information about the delivery of the package to the Parcel Shop. You will also receive a PIN code that you need to present to collect the package.

Delivery of Oversized Items
Gebrüder Weiss - 2 men crew comfort delivery
For oversized products such as mattresses, we offer a specialized delivery service. Your order will be delivered directly to your apartment by a two-man crew, ensuring safe and hassle-free handling. Once your package is handed over to the courier, they will contact you to schedule a convenient delivery date.
